Additional custom parts for V2.4

 This is my remix of the front LCD panel to accommodate the Biqu TFT 2.4 V1.1. As I am using a different controller board setup, I cannot use the two EXP1 and EXP2 ports for the LCD, so I have to use the TFT2.4 with the serial connection mode (but also provides touchscreen facility).
